We can’t forget Golden retrievers when talking about blonde dogs

The Golden retriever is the first breed on our list of blonde doggies. We simply can’t resist their adorable eyes and cuddly, soft coat.

Golden retrievers are on of the most popular breeds in the world! And have been for years now. For good reason also!

According to the AKC “the Golden Retriever is a sturdy, muscular dog of medium size, famous for the dense, lustrous coat of gold that gives the breed its name.”

But, it’s not only their looks that makes them popular. The Golden retriever is always in the top three most popular breeds because of their intelligence! This breed is unbelievably smart, which is why they are also used for hunting and field work, as guides for the blind, and in search-and-rescue teams!

Chow Chows are adorable big babies with a blonde-ish coat

The Chow Chow is one of the oldest breeds in the world! Chow Chows are pretty big dogs, their average height is between 17 and 20 inches tall, while the weight is between 45 and 70 pounds!

When it comes to their coat Chows can have two types of coat, smooth and rough coat.

Firstly, we have the smooth coat which is dense, hard, and smooth without long hair on the dog’s legs, tail, or ears.

Chows’ coat comes in five colors: blue, red, cinnamon, black, and blonde-ish (sometimes even cream).

But, what’s the one thing Chows are most known for? It’s their blue-black tongue!
